Bone & Muscle problems

I have been suffering from chronic pain and inflammation in my left heel. Now my left knee is giving me pain whenever I am walking or even standing. Plus my both leg calfs are hard like brick. I am an overweight and want to loose weight too. But this pain is killing me. Need truthful and proper guidance if possible.

I am getting heal pain from one year my uric acid 4.5 plz suggest any medicine after start to stand for walk it's getting more pain while moving heal also paing plz any tablet give me

I have occasional knee pain  and swelling and taking Nucoxia 90 mg tablets incase of severe pain. Please suggest if any alternate medicine to get quick relief .

Fracture of the base of left 5 th metatarsal bone is seen in x ray plate.How much times it takes to heal properly? please advise some drugs .

Hello doctor, can high uric acid cause odd sensations in foot fingers ?? I suffer from gouty arthritis and i keep on getting this strange light sensations in my both foot 🦶 fingers, have to keep of clenching my toes to get some relief but its very disturbing

Sir, I met am accident on 25th December 2020 when I was hit by a car while crossing road. My tibia and fibula broke. I was operated on 27th Dec 2020 and Intra Medullary Nailing was done with rod and screws. It's been 42 days. I have little swelling around ankle. Please guide me whether I can start putting weight on my leg or not. Recent X ray is uploaded for your ready reference.

I am  experiencing a cracking/popping sound in most of my joints like knees wrist neck back and other joints since one year. It is painless but the sound  is increasing every month. I have been tested for arthritis but it is negetive. Vitamin d was low (9.1) but i hav been taking supliments for that, what could be the problem ? Please suggest
