Van I take CCM and calbuild at the same time? I have a scapula fracture and a muscle pain near left rib

After you get up from chair or where ever you have been seated..Left leg pains badly at the mid feet for the first few steps.. Don't know what's it related to Ortho or Neuro. Small home massage was given, still no better and after keeping leg in hot water buket 30 mins pain was bit ok. However pain dint cure yet,it's same as bad how it started. So kindly advice what's the first step. Thankyou.

Hi, I'm a 27 year old man facing pain in the knee. It happens when I'm sitting cross legged folding my knees, after walking or even if I'm sitting on a chair. I've done arthritis checkup but it's negative. Kindly suggest me some exercise or yoga asaan for this. Also, please let me know that wearing slippers/flip flops could be the reason or not?

I have had knee pain for a long time. 2018 when i went to ortho xray was taken and he said knee is degrading. He gave me calcium tablet and arthar tablet. 2020 now i had a baby. Post delivery knee pain has worsened. Im unable to climb stairs, stand up from floor.knee makes cracking sound. Im feeding the baby for 4 months, can i continue feeding? Can i take more suppliments. Sir, My age 33 Iam suffering from pateollofemoral pain. Just 1 week back, from started, doctor shown in x ray it was light started. It is curable or not, What should I do How to prevent future damage, Can i walk daily morning , My job is construction field, Daily I climb stairs 5 to 6 buildings Almost 300 steps daily for my job, And I walked in site almost 9000 steps daily.
