  4. Pain in the left leg toe. Be the issue?

Pain in the left leg toe
From last two days I am getting severe pain back of my toe and little swelling too. I neither fallen down nor hit to anything but getting extreme pain and unable to walk. What could be the issue?

First toe symptoms are typical for crystal arthropathy due to hyperuricaemia. That would be my number one differential
