Lower back pain since a year
Hi,
I have been going through lower back pain.This is when i walk on the road or i do house hold chores and strain my back.Rest of the time while sitting or standing i do not feel the pain.This pain is not going away.It is like a nerve getting compressed and when it pain i cant move my leg while walking and my posture gets changed or tilted on one side.
I have got 2 xrays for my back.
Kindly help
