Last night when I lay down in bed I felt pain in my index finger of right hand. Sometimes i felt in right side of finger from up to down or sometimes on bottom side of finger. It was very painful. Somehow, I slept. Today when i woke up in morning pain was gone. But I noticed little swelling on bottom(below PIP ,above MCP) of finger. Now in afternoon I am again feeling pain on bottom(below PIP joint Above MCP) side of finger. When i press PIP joint, It hurts. I didn't hit my finger any where. No nausea. What could be the reason of pain?

Tomorrow I slipped in washroom after that I got swelling at elbow I can move my hand horizontally but I am not able to fold my hand properly neither it's getting straight...if I am trying there is so much pain

Please tell me if I have lumbar spondylosis and degenerative disk disease or not.I have attached pics of my lumbar MRI and Xray LS Spine(which i had forgot to attach earlier).Please ignore the L5-S1 disc prolapse,I have taken nerve root block injection for it.Just tell me if I have degenerative disk disease and Lumbar Spondylosis or not. I've consulted many doctors from past one month like cardiologists, general physicians, orthopaedics, neurosurgeons but my problem was not completely evaluated. My problem majorly concerns with back side ways of thoracic region and front chest pain. Due to severe pain I couldn't able to sit properly. If I sit for some 10 minutes I am experiencing a severe pain in my left side way back side. I've given for MRI scan for whole spine screening and separately for cervical spine and x ray for chest. Chest x ray shown normal. No doctor till now discussed about the root cause of my problem. My menustral cycle also paused since 3 months now I got my cycle. Now I want to know which doctor should I consult for this problem so that I can get some relief  please help me with this pain.
