Bone & Muscle problems

This is my fractured leg , I had fracture and operated my leg 23yrs back. My leg has become red and it feels like there is a boil which has pus in it. (The white/yellow substance). If I rest I am fine but if I work or stand even for sometime, I get very bad burning sensation in that part and itching alot also I am attaching picture of how it looks and also which cream I use but nothing works. Please suggest.

My brother met with a accident this wed and we admit him at hospital dr's are saying that he can't able to walk and sit nowonwards as he had damaged his spinal cord disc ... Can anybody please help me out for proper treatment so that he can abel to do his own work atleast...we are ready to do any operation and Therapy regarding.. Just want him to stand a little bit so that we can do his own work atleast.. Now he is at manglore hospital under medication dr's are giving him injection for relief for pain .. please any orthopedist dr help him out for this...

Before i month, father underwent neck femur fracture with sciatic nerve palsy operation as right hip join was broken. After operation was successful ,after 1 month he is feeling burning sensation -needle pointing sensation in foot palm and sudden stroke of pain and foot fingers movement is not  gaining fast momentum like normal motion. Any suggestion for this problem ?

Hello doctor,i am 36 yrs old female from Bangalore east ,suffering from severe pain on my both knees n couldn't able to walk from March this year ,I have consulted 4 ortho doctors in Bangalore and 1homeopathic doctor, all are priscribing  1pain killer,1multivitamin and 1 gastric tablet and take different kinds of tests ,all the test results seems to be normal and only Vitamin D defeciancy was there,1 of the Dr told me to take 1 vitamin D injection for 3 weeks ,but nothing worked out Doctor.(I am a vegetarian and have thyroid  ) pls advice me whom to consult next  Doctor.Thanks in advance

My sister fell in house and had ankle swelling a month ago, consulted a doc and was told 2nd grade ankle sprain and had plaster of paris. After 15days she had pain and they changed that to some fibre support for her legs. After another 15days she had pain we consulted another doc and we were told it was a fracture. Attached are the latest xrays. Now its been a month and she still has pain. Please let us know the current condition. What to do next?

Last year I underwent ACL surgery. I had a step by step recovery, physiotherapy. I was feeling well and strong in my operated knee after a year. Now, suddenly iam feeling a pain in my operated knee. What would be the reason??? What should need to do???
