Chip fracture in thumb
I got a chip fracture in my thumb, my doctor gave me anti inflammatory medicine and asked to apply ice pack. Is that enough to heal my thumb, its swollen and painful. How much time will it take to heal ?Is there any other treatment required?

It will take 3/ 4 weeks to heal and what the doctor has prescribed is fine. for more saftey you can wear thumb spica splint to protect the thumb.
