Hi Calcium tablets can cause fullness of the stomach and constipation in some patients. Just stop the calcium tablet for a few days. If the stomach still feels uneasy, please go and see your nearest doctor.

There are many reasons for stomach disorders. It is a coincidence that you had it when you took the tablet. It is very unlikely to get stomach upset with one or two tablets.
Next Steps
However visit your doctor and discuss with him.
