Hello I understand your problem. Knee pain could be a sign of an early degenerative condition. But the pain in your fingers could mean some other condition. I would like to know more about the pain in your fingers. You might need some blood tests to get a clear picture

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. -Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plgus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. -(You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Use no pillow under the head. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. -- .Do mild exercises for the affected part-ie. Do isometric quadriceps exercises for strengthening your knee. Avoid squatting and cross leg sitting Get calcium and Vit D levels checked

Pain in knee may be due to more pressure on your knee cartilage during lockdown period as u might be doing ur household work urself  like mopping floors in squatting position. Please get connected with me on Practo chat for further detailed discussions

Hello, You may be suffering from Vitamin D deficiency or Rheumatoid arthritis... As of now...don't take any pain killers.. before doing some tests.
