Spinal pain
Asking for my 3 years old kid. He has spinal pain from last 2 months. Now it is paining 2-3 times a day. Doctors have tested him positive for HLA B27 and gave 2 week medicines. What should I do?

Meds at 3months might be too much, specifically for HLAB27.
Can however give Combiflam syrup and Hot compression. For some months till child become bit bigger to tolerate the meds.
Rest posture management and or bracing will be helpful.
