I have back pain in my left side in 5 to 6 days . Because I gain weight heavy bag on travel some place. Thats why I start back pain left side. Some time mild or severe pain. Suggest some tipes for home remedy to solve my problem. Some Friends suggest me for malish. Please help me for what I do

You may start with hot fomentation, take analgesic with muscle relaxant tablet, apply analgesic ointment for pain relief.. You may use Lumbosacral belt for support..
Health Tips
Avoid heavy work, avoid sitting down, avoid Indian toilet, avoid forward bending, avoid stair climbing and descending..
Use hot fomentation thrice per day for 5 days each time 20 min
Apply volini gel after fomentation small quantity on pain area .thrice per day
Do mild strech movement slowly.
