No clear cut fracture visible. If  no pain, I would like to review after 2-3 week.

Xray photo not clicked properly it appers dark all around. 1st.But as per clinical judgemt it seems to be radial neck fracture But difficult to comment complet fracture or incomplete fracture. 2nd. Plaster become loose . Its due to swelling reduced. If complete plaster is given and it has hold around elbow. Then no need to change plaster ,  but if do not have good hold near elbow. Then need to change plaster as it will not provide any support . 3. Swelling reduced plaster loosen good sign shows your taking care of it. 4. Person who applied plaster you can consult him.   Online nothing much can be suggested or can be done .

If the plaster is getting loose (which may happen due to decrease in swelling at the site of injury), you should revisit your doctor and get the plaster re applied.. If swelling has completely gone away, you may go for full plaster application (cast) so that it fits properly in the upper limb.. Healing period for fracture is usually around 6 weeks..
Next Steps
You may continue active finger movements, avoid placing limb at a lower level..
