Bone & Muscle problems

I am observing pain in my lower back at tailbone area when I am seating or sleeping. This pain is not continues one but when I am in seating position, and trying to stand up at that time feeling lot of pain at tail bone area. It feels like something is pulling you back. Same thing happens when I am sleeping on my back, it pains. Any suggestions please.

Twisted my ankle while stepping down the stairs 2days ago. Applied cold pack straight away and used crepe bandage. There is no pain but the ankle is still swollen and there is a bruise. Should i be concerned.. generally how long does it take to become normal.

Hello, I recently had my lab tests done. One of the result shows Rheumatoid Factor Qumulative is Reactive. What does it mean? Also, CRP Qualitative is Non Reactive and ESR is 4. Kindly let me know what should I do? I am worried. Thank you!

My mother is having a pain in right side of her waist after she was picking something from floor. She is experiencing pain while getting up and going to washroom also but while lying on bed she has no pain. she is able to life up her legs while lying on bed. I have consulted a local doctor and he said its a muscle spasm. Can you guide me on the recovery time and what precautions she need to take ? Does she need a bed rest ? Does she need to get xray done?

Hello doctor, I have gluteal pain. I have been told that it is related to a joint and that there is swelling. I have been given: Lignogesic gel Chymoral B Retoz 90mg I forgot to ask what is Retoz 90 is for. Could you please tell if it is only a pain reliever or it also helps in reducing the swelling? I don't have problem with the pain. So, can I avoid taking retoz 90? Please advice. Thank you.
