Can a scoliosis patient do weight lifting and weighted squats? And which excersises they cannot do?

Patient with scoliosis should do spine exercises to maintain tone and strength in paraspinal muscles. Should avoid carrying heavy weights on head.

Can do weight training. Should not do side crunches, side stretching or bending .
