Filcal D is good?
I decided to have filcal d tablet , Can I have it 2 times a day or 1 times. My vitamin d is low but calcium is 9.3 so is it good to have. Although filcal d have zinc so is it good to have.

Yes it is a good medicine..You can start taking it twice daily.
Next Steps
You also have an option of starting plain Vitamin d capsule 60000 IU once a week for 8 weeks.. then get the vit d tests repeated..

Also start with some daily exercises in routine..that will also help in maintaining the strength..

You can take that . But it might be little high dose. Daily instead of two tablet you can take these medicine only one time-    one and half tablet in morning . You need to hydrate your self well as calcium can cause constipation And these medicine is having red mark - so if you are an   non vegetarian you can take it. But as you said your calcium level are normal. So take only vitamin D medicine  with glass of milk.
