MRI of whole spine
My father's age is 78 yrs.without any  disease like BP or diabetes. Due to lockdown he his completely at home almost for 1 yr. and hence bcz of over resting he is now bed ridden. He can't walk or stand properly with his own. He has to take help of others to stand or walk. We did MRI of Spine. Here I am sending his report also. Plz guide me what exactly to be done? Will he need a surgery ? Or only medicine will work? How much time will it take to recover ? Will Physiotherapy work for this condition. What exactly we should do to recover him fast? Plz help and guide me.

Hi, Have seen the MRI report, but I would want to see the film of the MRI also. In this case I would suggest do not opt for surgery, and better go for non surgical approach. Try to send me the film. And I’ll guide you properly.
