Pain in side area of left lower leg
Hi , I have attached image with highlighted area where I got pain while stand , move or fold leg. There is no pain while I rest. It's become 15 days . I was on skin traction for 45 days in same leg for AVN treatment after that I followed ayurvedic treatment and I was fine and suddenly I feel little pain and now I am not available to do movement. I know AVN pain so please see attachment atleast. Please let me know if any test required I am not in position to take medicine without proper reason . I don't want to take pain killer . So please suggest me and guide in proper direction. Thanks a lot for giving you valuable time.

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. -Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. -(You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. --. Get an x ray of the painful area for better understanding. Pain may be due to traction Do gentle massage and exercises of ankle and knee as tolerated

This pain may be due to muscular strain following compression by skin traction bandage for a long time.. The pain will gradually reduce..
Next Steps
You shold start with hot fomentation,  take analgesic and muscle relaxant tablet,  apply analgesic ointment, start calf strengthening exercises..
Health Tips
You can gradually start weight bearing walking as per pain relief..
