Pain in hip area
I slipped from staircase and have hurt my hip. I could see a slight bump above my hip next to spinal area which ia painful and have been experiencing pain in my right thigh and right knee also. Which doctor should I consult?

Piriformis Stretching, Prone Straight LEG raise. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.

ice the hip area.It will take away the swelling and provide pain relief as well.Avoid lifting heavy objects.
