Knee pain treatment
Hello sir , I'm 25 years old ..I stared batmin ton 2 month ago .. daily I use to play 7-8 games of single and double mix I batminton ... while playing a game I dive  on court two three time ..but I didn't get any pain ..I stop my batminton for two days because of my work ..on third day my both knees are painting and right one are more.. i took advise he gave me tablet cream and told me to rest for one month .. after starting again I fell sprain on my left leg more.. some time while waking it comes and I can't walk further properly. So change my doctor .. he took an xray and said your bones are weak and one calcium tablet and two more tablets are alnase tp and absopan 40 and one cream are diasdac gel. I get relief from it but i scare anything will happen so I always thinking about it when walking. Today I get sprain again . Please help me out and tell me appropriate review about my injury. I life is really quick as I live in mumbai. My xray attached.

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. -Any way it may be tried, --. If u didn't get any injury during playing and have pain in both knees it is probably due to cartilage injury or softening known as chondromalacia. If any injury better to do an mri

Do you feel instability while climbing stairs? If yes then it's due to ligament injury and needs treatment
