Knee pain from around 2 months
Hello, my mother has pain in the lower side of her left knee from around 2 months. She got a knee shock while at a function around 2 months ago and hasn't recovered from the knee pain since then. Before that she never had any knee pain. We have consulted 2-3 orthopedic doctors and they had given pain killers and multivitamins which she is taking but there is not much relief even though she has reduced her leg movements and does hot fomentation. Attached is the x ray for the knee. Can someone please suggest what the problem looks like, what we should do and how long would it take to recover. Also are there any home exercises/treatment for this as my mother also takes other medicines for high bp so taking too many medicines is also affecting her health.
