Putting pressure on Ankle cast
Got my ligaments torn and got a synthetic cast for 3 weeks. Can I put pressure while walking? Getting a cast increased my inability to walk. Please suggest

You can put pressure over the cast and walk. If you are uncomfortable with the cast,contact your doctor If it is just a feeling then take time to get used to the cast
