KNEE JOINT LOCK AFTER CAST
My pattela  dislocates and after that cast was put on for 23 days, and after a week i start physio therapy and knee bends upto 90 degree but due to swelling i stopped physio therapy for 10 days and now my knee is bending 80 degrees, i have started physio therapy again after 10 days but i want to know will it create some problem as i have stopped physio therapy for 10 days and now resuming and any tips how to reduce pain during manual bending by physio therapist

Continue physiotherapy as advised, it'll get better. Take medicines for pain. Rest.

This treatment is being suggested   on bases of the information provided.  However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any.  -Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. -(You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Keep a pillow under the knees. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. -- .Do mild exercises for the lower limbs. --.(Take help of physiotherapist or you can visit my you tube channel Dr NC Gupta.)   & see  me and my yoga; & yoga simplified. It won't be a problem if you do physio regularly from now onwards, swelling will subside over a time.
Next Steps
if pain persists and unable to do physio then get an MRI KNEE TO ruleout soft tissue and ligament tear
