My husband has been diagnosed with fatty liver grade 3... With deranged  liver function test... What are the medicines he should take...and how can it b reversed ... I am so worried.

I have very poor memory along with poor concentration and forgetfulness...whatever i study one day before i forget..my vitb12 is 370 is in normal range...low motivation...i  m alwz sleeping no motivation to study...i took treatment in allopathy but bcz of side effect i left medicine...is there any safe medicine with zero side effect which treat memory issue as well as depressive symptom??

Hi, My sister who is 52, was advised to have prolage plus for some period of time. By mistake there is one almost full pack was left out which we found now. But this pack of 60 tab, is expired last October 2022, (4 months back). Since she is having knee issue again, wanted to continue this back. As Prolage plus is an ayurvedic medicine, So will this pack be consumable? Is it allowed? Please advise. Thanks

Every day in the morning I have stuffy nose, mucus is there and got continuous sneezing. I feel like suffering from cold. In noon it got lessen, I feel better in noon till night, though little bit Sardi is still there. Then again in the morning sneezing and mucus inside nose.. How to get rid of it.
