Frequent headaches.
I get frequent headaches(stress, anxiety, sometimes migraines) and nothing helps. I have to take a painkiller to get relief from it. It has come to a point where I am taking painkillers a lot of times in a month. I read about Patanjali Medha Vati extra power. Can I take it everyday to cure my headaches? How much do I have to take? I don't have any Vitamin deficiency. Please suggest dosage and for how many days should I take it.
