Thank you for sharing such detailed information. Your symptoms, lifestyle, and medical history provide a clear picture, and it's good that you’ve already ruled out many serious causes through tests. This kind of persistent head pressure—especially aggravated by cold, dairy, sweets, and lack of movement—often aligns in Ayurveda with Vata-Kapha imbalance, possibly with some Pitta involvement (increased by spicy foods). Here's a structured Ayurvedic approach that may help you: 🌿 Ayurvedic Management Plan 1. Herbal Medicines (under supervision of a qualified Ayurvedic doctor): ☀️ Daily Lifestyle and Diet (Dinacharya) A. Morning Routine Wake by 6:00 AM. Rub warm sesame oil on head, temples, soles, and palms—leave for 15–20 mins before bathing (Abhyanga). Nasya (Nasal Drops): 2 drops of Anu Taila in each nostril after oil massage and warm bath. Mild walk or Surya Namaskar (10 mins to start) to activate circulation and reduce Kapha-Vata buildup. B. Diet Guidelines Avoid: Cold foods, curd, refrigerated water, deep-fried snacks, excessive sugar, and spicy items. Favour: Warm, freshly cooked, mildly spiced, easy-to-digest meals. Include moong dal, ghee, cooked vegetables, khichdi. Drink warm water only, infused with ginger, fennel, or tulsi. Add a pinch of Trikatu churna to meals to enhance digestion. 🧘‍♂️ Mind-Body Practices Bhramari Pranayama (Bee breathing) – 5 mins morning and evening. Excellent for head pressure and tension. Yoga Nidra – 20 mins guided session daily can reduce chronic stress and mental fatigue. Shirodhara Therapy (if accessible) – Recommended in Ayurveda for chronic head tension and mental stress. Done in clinics. 🛌 Sleep Maintain 7.5–8 hours of regular sleep, ideally 10 PM – 6 AM. Avoid screen use 1 hour before bedtime. Apply a few drops of Kshirabala Taila on soles and crown of head before sleep. 📌 Additional Tips: Take a break every 45–60 minutes when using screen to relax eyes and mind. Add outdoor walking or sunlight exposure daily to ground Vata and reduce brain pressure. 💬 Final Thoughts: Your condition is not uncommon among students facing long hours of study and stress. Ayurveda views this as a lifestyle + doshic imbalance issue, very treatable through consistent lifestyle correction, diet, and herbs. Give yourself 2–3 months of discipline and you should feel noticeable improvement. ✔yog and pranayam is also useful in this condition. ✔ you need to consult yourself with ayurvedic doctor for your specific issue, we will advice you ayurvedic medicine and diet, panchakarma treatment according to your health issue. 🔔Proper investigation will be helpful for perfect Ayurvedic diagnosis and treatment. ✔ with detail history taking we can advice you proper protocol for treatment. 👉 Advice- Reduce spicy food, sugar, salt and maida from food. ✔ Avoid self medication. ✔ Follow Daily regime and have a healthy lifestyl

Your symptoms suggest a chronic Vata-Pitta imbalance aggravated by mental strain, excessive screen time, and suppressed physical activity, leading to Siras shool (head pressure without pain). In Ayurveda, we address this through: Nasyam (nasal therapy) Medhya Rasayana like Brahmi, Mandukaparni, Saraswatarishta Gut and lifestyle correction Daily practices like Abhyanga and pranayama You may need internal medicines for 3–6 months. Please consult online for a personalized approach based on your Prakriti and history. You will feel relief with regular and holistic care.
