You can go for various procedures like nasya or shirodhara. But first of all diagnosis should be clear. For that go for proper consultation to an Ayurvedic expert nearby you as there are many reasons for headaches so cause must be diagnosed first.

Chronic migraines can stem from stress, poor digestion, or imbalance in vata and pitta doshas. Here's an Ayurvedic approach: Remedies: Brahmi: Calms the nervous system and alleviates tension headaches. Ashwagandha: Reduces stress and anxiety, which can trigger migraines. Jatamansi: Soothes nervous tension and helps reduce headache intensity. Anu Taila: Nasal drops help balance vata and relieve headaches. Shankhpushpi: Reduces stress and mental fatigue, easing headache severity. Triphala: Improves digestion and helps detoxify, relieving headaches. Lifestyle Tips: Stay Hydrated: Drink warm water to avoid dehydration. Avoid Triggers: Identify and avoid migraine triggers. Sleep Well: Ensure proper rest to prevent headaches. Yoga & Meditation: Help manage stress and calm the mind. If your symptoms persist, consider following up with an Ayurvedic practitioner or healthcare provider for further diagnosis.
