Improper Food habits, too much water/liquid intake at night, over use of Fan/AC, Sedentary lifestyle, environmental conditions are few causative factors.
Never Sleep facing the Window, it shd be on the Headside.
Whenever your body is Hot (due to working infront of Gas, after some physical work, coming from outside etc) NEVER
Open the Refrigerator, have cold normal water/juice, wash your face with cold water Immediately. Wait for sometime till the Body temperature comes to normal and then carry on with above activities.
