According to Ayurveda Nasya( Nasal drops) is not indicated during pregnancy, So you should not use Shadbindu taila. There are many remedies and medicine combinations in Ayurveda , which are safe and can be effectively used against this problem during pregnancy. Detailed examinations and case history is needed.

As you are pregnant and having sinus issues, the seemingly harmless difficulty to breathe may not be good for foetus as oxygen requirement is certainly more in pregnancy. You can take tinodpora for migraine and tribulus for increasing nutrition to foetus. It is highly recommended that you visit the clinic for pulse examination or Naadi Pariksha to plan the best treatment forward.

Start 2-2 drops ghee as nasal drops 2 times a day .
Apply shunthi ( dry ginger) paste on forehead and around nose once a day.
Avoid internal medicine without examination.
