Headache and anxity phobia
I m suffering anxity issue 3 years and headache pain in eye areas 3 years.. anxity come when I free daily 5 pm. Overthinking too much Brain every time fatigue and tired Focusless and sleep problem I'm afraid of ghost every night I don't sleep alone.. mood time time change some time happy some time negativity around me I want treatment because it affects my job 😭 I hope ayurveda only because my friend die same issue taking alopathic medicine

I recommend you visit a psychologist as this can be solved by proper counselling Till then start to identify your triggers for this anxiety , try meditation and exercise Or Start a side hobby after work to keep yourself from overthinking, keep yourself distracted No need for any medication Best treatment is cognitive behavioural therapy Good wishes to you

Okay.. So as per my judgment, Your anxiety, headache, lack of focus, fear, sleeplessness etc everything is related with gas issue for sure. Now it can be due to indigestion or constipation or bad lifestyle etc...exact root cause i can identify after proper case taking of you. There are some other possibilities too. Along with medicine you need some counseling, yog and meditation
