Doctors, I had Kerala red rice for 2 years. Slowly it was not digesting my stomach as it is rock like rice. At one stage i stopped it as it become very poor Digestion. Since that moment so many problems like Excess gas, Stomach Pain, Stomach burning, frequent indigestion, Ulcers twice, Inflammation, 3 Endoscopy. I am suspecting i have hyperacidity problem which is the root cause of all these issues. I want Permanent cure for my severe acidity problem in ayurveda. Can the acid secretion rate can be made down under control.

Sir/ma'am I had been operated for fistula in ano 4 days back. The procedure was fistulectomy+kshar sutra for 6cm fistula. The operation site has NOT been stitched and I am going for daily dressing. My question is that, is this normal to pain at the operated site now as surgery is completed 4 days back? How long would it generally take to heal 6cm fistula if fistulectomy is done in 3cm and rest is kshar sutra? I m looking for second opinion. Kindly guide. I am taking homeopathic treatment for AVN since Apr2022 and now started Allopathy since last 1 week. My Ortho doctor took my x-ray of both hip joints and suggest me to take medicine for next 3 weeks then will do MRI. After that I mostly need to do surgery of left hip. I don't want to do surgery. In 2020 as per ultrasound a kidney stone of 4 mm was found in right kidney. For that i take homeopathy medicine. Also i had taken apple cider vinegar. But from last few months I am feeling little pain in urinary track and also swelling in lower abdomen with pain and Gas Right now i am taking yograj gugul which is prescribed by Ayurveda doctor for pain in rib cage under left shoulder Does this pain is due to stone or is it something else.

But right now I am taking treatment for pain of 5th rib under left shoulder. And i have Doctor prescription in which he advice me Yograj gugul with Narayan oil. I have a healing fissure, due to which i need to keep my stools soft. I was using modern medicine laxatives such as Duphalac/Lactifiber until now. I want to quit these laxatives and use natural laxatives. I stated using 5 gms of Isabgol in the night after food. But Isabgol is causing 2 problems: 1: It makes me gassy. 2: It makes me use the toilet multiple times, and i dont get the comfort of an empty stomach after using Isabgol. Can i switch to Triphala instead? Will Triphala just soften the stools without making me use the toilet multiple times?

I have acid taste in mouth which cause tooth sensitivity and mouth burning. This is due to reflux i guess and is there any permanently curing medicine for this issue.
