Dear sir/ madam, Attached are the pics of my face which I suffered due to facial which I did on October month I thought it will heal naturally but till now it's the same kindly suggest something for the same. Thank you!!

I am suffering from depression. I am 46 years old man. I consulted Patanjali doctor. Doctor prescribed Medhavati, ashwagandha, saraswatarishta (all of them twice a day) . I have been taking these medicines for the past 8 months (as per doctor guidance). Sometimes once sometimes twice a day and sometimes skipped few days. I am feeling better but not totally recovered yet. Doctor said dose can be reduced depending on the improvement. My question is, is it safe to take these medicines for such a long time meaning will they cause any side effects like affecting  kidney and liver? Do I need to give some gap and start again? How long I can keep taking these medicines? Please advise. TIA.

I usually take sukhasarak vati for digestion after my operation of fissures but nowadays I feel tight Ness in the chest and gases issue . My complete body checkup tests including ecg , 2d -echo , sonography, LFT and chest x-ray are normal.

Respect docter From past one month i suffering with right side of leg pain and finally i think I having symptoms of avn.. yesterday evening i take x ray and show to my docter and i told him about AVN and after seeing x ray he told me it may happen or not happend you go MRI then we will know clearly what is what... And he suspect doubt so I think it's an first stage of AVN... So now i am searching for what my next tertement and how I have to go and all so plz let me know what is what based on that i will make one decision on this thanks

Hi Doc, how can I reverse my low vit D levels naturally...can I take moringa capsules or if there are any other remedies to increase my vit D levels naturally...

If I take saraswatarishta for 3 months, then give a gap of 3 months , and then again take it for 3 months followed by a gap for next 3 months. Can I take saraswatarishta in this pattern for lifetime for leading a stressfree life?
