My HBA1C was 6.6 with average of 143 in March 22. In October 22 HBA1C reduce to 6.2 with 134 average. Now in recent report again it comes to 6.6 with 143 average. Is it possible to reduce HBA1C to normal range of 5. T4 level is also on border level

In past i was facing fatty liver problem and  kidney stone. After treatment fatty liver problem was almost solved. But from last few months I was facing problem in left shoulder. For that i had taken yograj gugul which was prescribed by Ayurveda Doctor. But from last few days again My liver is creating access gas and feel like burning. It feels like again stomach ulcer is there. So my question is How to detox Liver and clean pancreas and stop ulcer with gas problem. I am taking B12 1500 and esprin 75 twice a week
