I am suffering from lots of digestion issues burping 20to 25 times per day , constipation can cause navel displacement

Hi, Does ayurveda provides treatments on scalp related symptoms like white layer on scalp, pimples on scalp, little hair fall, scalp itching, reappearing dandruff, dry scalp etc?

Hello Experts, I am 29 year old female. I have thin wavy hair. . As of today I  have hairfall and dandruff as well. Please recommend hair routine and products inorder to get healthy hair. Looking forward to know generic remedy shampoo, conditioner which is effective and without side effects to get healthy smooth hair.

Like Cardio c-rea.ction protein is.     1.95 RBC count.                  5.76 RDW.                            14.10 ALP.                                 130 Potassium                     5.17 Triglycerides.              188 HDL.         36.5 Vldl.           37.6 Non HDL.   134 HbA1c 6.6 with 143 avg T4 total 11.9 near to border. Well I am taking Yograj gugul for shoulder pain. And Dabur Dulabi (not regular). My main concern is how to decrease t4 and HBA1C and Cardio c-reaction protein

I have been prescribed mahayograj guggulu for joint pains along with maharasnadi kadha. In how time should I expect relief and how long can I take this safely? Will this clear the problem from root or it will provide only symptomatic relief? Pls advise.. Thanks

Sir/ma'am I m currently undergoing weekly thread change with kshar sutra therapy for fistula in ano. I have recently buy sitz bath, my query should I add something in warm water in sitz bath tub like any medicine or betadine for faster healing or regular warm water will work? Thankyou.

Hi Any good treatment for weight loss and obesity. Problem i am facing now is once stopped exercise,weight will be gained in one month. Please any one can help me with the treatment. Now i am doing Drinking water, doing regular exercise
