Hello everyone, I have not got proper periods since 2020 December I start getting spotting and then it increased and it stopped when I took crina ncr but same problem from next cycle now it's been more than 3 years same problem when I got myself tested Inwas diagonosed with PCOD . I took hormones but it didnt help 4 month back I got diagnosed with thickened endometrial lining 11mm thick, I got my pap smear and biopsy done no adnormalty thankfully Can someone suggest what medicine i can take to reduce endometrial lining naturally I dont want to go for hormonal therapy and DnC surgery but naturally reduce it I am taking M2 tone syrup from 1.5 months but I have been bleeding non stop since June sometimes spotting but mostly its heavy periods Its causing weakness and headache please suggest

I am taking jeerakarishtam(15ml) dashamoolaristam (15ml) and aiymodaka draavakam(10ml) As part of postpartum care .Can I take galact granules 2 scoop along with this for milk production..Will it affect baby?

Hello , My husband is 37 yrs old. From the last couple of month he is facing sleeping disorders. His work stress has also increased. I am very worried about his health. Some of my friends suggested to start giving him patanjali Medha vati tablet for better sleep & stress relief. Kindly suggest if medha vati is safe and what are its dosage. I am suffering from asthma from 15 years,cough and cold I have taken patanjali immunity gold tablet for one month twice a day and swasari gold for 20 days once a day, I am feeling better. So can I take this for again one month
