Can we drink raw Packet milk directly without boiling it  . And can we take same raw milk with ashwagandha tablet?

Take Always Boiled Milk.Never take Raw Milk to Drink even with Ashwagandha.

Np raw milk. Milk should always be boiled as per Ayurveda. Yes ashwgandha can be taken along with it if hunger is good
