Garlic milk
My doctor says raw garlic aggravates pitta but boiling milk and putting 3 garlic cloves in it until it's cooked and drinking it pacifies pitta. Is this true? In other words, , just garlic aggravates pitta whereas garlic milk pacifies pitta. Is this correct? Give good replies and I'll consider a consult online.

Greetings! Your first half of the question is half true but the second half is untrue. 1. Garlic boiled milk is not just simple boiling but has to be done with a specific ratio of ingredients. 2. Garlic boiled milk will not pacify pitta dosha. 3. Garlic not only aggravates pitta but all doshas depending upon your body constitution.
