Hello,
I have an aggravated Pitta, can I still take ashvagandha for overall health in moderation? (Twice a week or so).
Would having methi water and sabja seeds counter the heating effect of the herb while retaining it's goodness?
Please advise.

Ashawagandha,methi both r hot in nature,causes increasing ur pitta so stop it.If Ash.uses in high doses it causes gastritis so for proper treatment use this platform and treat ur diaseses in aproper way.
