Ladies finger raw
Some ayurvedic doctors say ladies finger eaten raw reduces vata and pitta dosha, so it's great to control bp. But others say in ayurveda vegetables should always be cooked and never be eaten raw. Which is true?

Ayurveda shares advantage and disadvantage of all drugs n poisonous part of it as well and it's dose for medicinal n fetal use as well... There are dietary ingredients used as raw in its balya avastha i.e. prior full growth Fully grown Ripen and post ripping Dry Roots Root bark Stem Stem bark Flower Or it's parts Seeds seed cover Or germ or with out germ i.e. bug Fruit cover Or pulp Or seed oil Used for specific purpose so all it depends on ur health n clinical status is

Any vegetable  according to any pathy... Never eat vegetable raw... Bp is altogether different issue.. Take proper counseling to clear all ur doubts
