I'm taking ashwagandha tablet since 3 months for anxiety .i get better sleep now so Will i face withdrawal symtoms once i stop

First ashwagandha is not a proper medicine for anxiety. Second withdrawal symptoms will not start after stoping ashwagandha. Third if you already using it from last 3 stop then you can stop it.

If u stop it immediately then u may get withdrawal symptoms...so reduce its dose slowly.
Never consume such medicine for more than 2 months otherwise they will stop showing results
