I have stiffness issue majorly in my jaw , nose( numbness also) and neck, I have used muscle relaxants in allopathy but its not completely cured and reoccurring again as I have lot of system work and by night I feel so much numbness and stiffness in jaw and cheeks also sometimes and there is no pain  just stiffness . please tell wheather it has cure permanently in ayurveda as I am ready to do anything to cure it from roots.

I need to know prakruti of eladi churna? This is my continued question. As requested, I have shared a picture of the ingredients. I am having gastritis. When I am taking eladi churna, I feel a lot of body heat. Gastritis is a problem of excess heat. So, I need to understand how this will help?

From few weeks I was getting irritated with night time cough once in 2 or 3 days some times everyday only when I go to  bed during lying down, after 1-2hrs of continuous spitting(white foamy mucus ), also I do have clicking sounds in my ears as I recently got recovered from allergy symptoms like runny nose, sneezes when exposed to dust n cold now I don't have runny nose, sneezes any more but frequent cough with spitting was a big concern now as it is continued from few weeks. Please suggest some good ayurvedic solution for relief from, cough n ear clicking sounds

I started seeing Varicose Veins mostly spider veins in both my Legs and thighs . Only one vein is prominent as varicose vein says the Doctor. I had a still birth in October2022 and lost a baby due to preclempsia and high BP. My doctor said the veins may be due to the history of preclempsia as these started only from 4-5 months back. Treatment Details : Doctor advised me to consume 1) Mahamanjistadi Kashaya twice a day after food 2) Rasnaerandadi Kashaya twice a day after food 3) Brihat Saindhavadi Taila to apply on varicose veins Would this treatment be helpful to stop and recover Varicose Veins. I am a active person ,I workout and walk everyday

Why we are not hungry after constipation? Is it because of excess gas? Or is it due to some other problem ? Can anyone explain?
