I am a vitiligo patient and I am under treatment for last 7-8 yrs . Because in these season vegetables like Drum sticks are easily available gives a good taste and full of nutrition and also rich in vit c  and I hv consumed it regularly for last 2-3 months Now I noticed that   my white  patches has increased in numbers and size . (1) Drumsticks can trigger the vitiligo?

I'm suffering from pilonoidal sinus from last 5yrs and operated  But still reoccuring.plyz suggest and to recover...

I have recently got spectacle for near vision -0.5. Can I use Mahatriphala Ghrit as an eye drop. Also what other ways and treatment I can my vision norm and get rid of glasses.

My mother's sugar levels has increased to 289/339. Please suggest a good Ayurvedic medicine so that sugar level goes back to normal levels. At present she takes medicine from blood pressure, colestrol, asthama, acidity. Her creatine count is normal.
