I am non diabetic patient, but my mother is a diabetic patient for last 20years. Recently I have checked my sugar level which revealed 5.8. What should I do now? Please advice.

Give her yoga training  daily. Specialy kapal bhati and anulom vilom and mandook asan at least for 30 min. Along with allopathy medicine  she can take ayurvedic  medicine. She can tke karela juice. Avoid  extra sugar.
