Diabetic patient
I am diabetic patient.last reading was 193 fasting.Also I am taking allopathic medicine glynase 500 mg.these days my BP readings was 153/92 .also iam feeling pain in my right feet.how can I control.what medicine should I take and what should my daily routine

Great to note that ur are very worst controlled blood Sugar
Beyond 125fasting and more than 60 i.e post lunch may create eye brain palm feet complications and if snoring triggered then ur performance on bed is already hijacked means u both are not happy n not enjoying if so soon u may land in cardiac emergency so pls get it screened

ur at top of liabilities so ur health n fitness is ur n ur family spouse n kids priority to maintain (actually it's crime ) but needed to reverse it the scenario at this age u can after 3-5 yrs u won't benefit
