Diabetes is a lifestyle disorder that not completely cured by only medication...... As you have mentioned thts ALT is also high that indicates your agni dushti (digestive disorder) So before medication we have to assure to stabilize your 'agni' via food and medication also some panchkarma therapies we can cure your problem completely
Next Steps
youu should consult a ayurveda physician for agni dushti and have to make your customized diet plan according to weather and your individual nature ....... so you can cure your problem otherwise it can be increased
Health Tips
Follow some yoga like surya namaskar...... use millets in your diet and have to leave fatty thinghs like milk, shakes, juice.... start using fruits in your breakfast
