I am having issue of ED. Doctor suggested Bala tail or sanda oil for massage. But while purchasing,every one saying no such oil present. They are showing ksheerabala oil and saying it's used for joint pains. For ED they are giving pv tone oil. Kindly help

I did everything possible to cure my ibs like naturopathy (fasting and enema detox) at Nisargopchar ashram - Pune, ayurveda(15days light diet and detox), homeopathy but my ibs and acid reflux didn't go. Started taking psychiatrist medicine - amide 25mg and mitazapine 15mg my all symptoms went away except my diarrhea shifted to constipation and now i need to do little exercise and small dose of laxative for it. I tried stopping this medicine for 2 days and all my symptoms came back. Does this mean all my problems of ibs were psychological?

Respected Doctors, I have been advised by my doctor to take Psorakot Tablets and Psorakot Cream application thrice a day as a part of Psoriasis treatment. Please advise if Ashwagandha 500 mg supplement per day, be consumed along with the Psorakot tablets? Will these medicines interact with each other? Will Ashwagandha flare up Psoriasis or reduce the inflammation.
