Pcod mild.
I have diagnosed with mild pcod. I just want to prevent it from increasing. I am myself an ayurveda student but I am a 3rd year student so I don't have that much knowledge right now. Kindly suggest me what to do or what medicine to take to prevent it from increasing?

Start doing yoga daily empty stomach. Second  do long breathing  exercise. Eat papaya daily. You can start ayurvedic  medicine  for it. D skipping  at least  15 to 20 min daily.

What's ur height and weight? How is your cycles? Do some exercise on a regular basis so that ur waist and hips do not put on weight. Use sesame oil, sesame seeds, garlic, in diet. Avoid junk food, excess sweets, poultry chicken and eggs.
