Hi. My wife has been diagonised with pcod/pcos. And she is planning to take allopathy. However we may have to wait for 2 weeks for consultation. I recommended her to start on ayurvedic home remedies and supplements to help atleast till we decide course of action. For the same, till we consult a doctor, can she take 1. 1gm of turmeric everyday 2. 10 ml dasamularishtam morn and night 3. Triphala 1 tab a day. She was previously taking this during her last issue. Will this supplement and help till we consult a physician in person? Can this be taken? Any alternate simple / home suggestions?

I am having fibroids and taking ayurveduc treatment.There were two fibroids, one 24×18 mm(intramural) and anotherv62×51 mm (posterior part of cervix) . After 6 month the sizes are 22.9×19.8×15.8 mm ( intramural) and 45.1×40.9×39.7 mm ( posterior part of cervix). There is no difference in bleeding, I am having prolonged bleeding which is not stopping and my hemoglobin is 7.5 Shoudl I conrinue this treatment. What med can be taken to stop bleeding

Dr. I have a painless tounge white spot on right side of tounge totally painless from last 6 months and I am really tired of this . I am attaching my tongue picture please check and confirm whether it is normal or something else. I don't have any habit. Is it something serious.

I am suffering from essential tremor (hand shaking) for about 10 years. I have used allopathic and homoeopathic medicines but found no result. Can ayurveda permanently cure this disease or even control it. If yes, how much time required for cure or control.

I have Pitta Imbalance and indigestion. I visited an ayurvedic doctor and started his medication from 4th May. The medication is SK Vati tablet (2tablet 1-0-1 before food),  Dadimashtaka churna + Thakrarishta churna (mixed together - 1.5 teaspoon -1-0-1 after food), Syrup Amlotone (10ml 1-0-1 after food). Its been 5 days since i started the medication. My pitta symptoms have reduced, but new symptoms have started showing up. 2 days after using this medication, i started symptoms of gas in lower abdomen and constipation. I pass stools once or twice a day, but I need to put a lot of pressure to pass stools and i feel incomplete after passing stools. Is this gas and constipation a side affect of the medication? I read that excess dadimashtaka churna can cause gas and constipation. I used to take 1.5 tablespoon of the powder instead of 1.5 teaspoon. Could this have caused gas and constipation?

Recently tested result  shows TSH is 6.5 Uric acid is 7.2 Please advise medicine and diet for it. Thank you Renu dhawan

I'm 27 male and I have spinal cord compression in C5C6 and lukbar stenosis in L2L5. I have numbness in both hands(index,ring finger), both legs and stomach. I feel very tired with loss of balance also. I don't have any pain whatsover. Neurosurgeons have told that surgery is essential to prevent further deterioration and paralysis. Also they have told that I should change to a desk based job to safeguard my spine. Any treatment for this in Ayurveda? Thanks

Can we drink raw Packet milk directly without boiling it  . And can we take same raw milk with ashwagandha tablet?
