From few weeks I was getting irritated with night time cough once in 2 or 3 days some times everyday only when I go to  bed during lying down, after 1-2hrs of continuous spitting(white foamy mucus ), also I do have clicking sounds in my ears as I recently got recovered from allergy symptoms like runny nose, sneezes when exposed to dust n cold now I don't have runny nose, sneezes any more but frequent cough with spitting was a big concern now as it is continued from few weeks. Please suggest some good ayurvedic solution for relief from, cough n ear clicking sounds

I'm getting throat infection and fever every month during my periods.its been 6month it is happening.is it correlated.why it is happening.go away after taking medicine.sometime blood with mucus .

Is a treatment available and dies it works? Because I have blocked tear duct and want some remedy in ayurveda

I started seeing Varicose Veins mostly spider veins in both my Legs and thighs . Only one vein is prominent as varicose vein says the Doctor. I had a still birth in October2022 and lost a baby due to preclempsia and high BP. My doctor said the veins may be due to the history of preclempsia as these started only from 4-5 months back. Treatment Details : Doctor advised me to consume 1) Mahamanjistadi Kashaya twice a day after food 2) Rasnaerandadi Kashaya twice a day after food 3) Brihat Saindhavadi Taila to apply on varicose veins Would this treatment be helpful to stop and recover Varicose Veins. I am a active person ,I workout and walk everyday

Why we are not hungry after constipation? Is it because of excess gas? Or is it due to some other problem ? Can anyone explain?

My relative is 70 years old.He has three artery blockages.He is recommended for placing pacemaker...but he do not wants to with the process....Is there any treatment in ayurveda in this case....plz let us know....and what kind of treatment it would be?

My problem is overthinking and I'm always sad. Even a small issue that happened in the morning bugs me all night resulting lack of sleep, lack of peace. Consulted a Psychiatrist. He prescribed me anti depressants. I was relocated a few months ago. Even after stopping medication, I've experienced headaches. I've heard there are side effects for anti depressants. I recently got my Urine Analysis and Urine Protein Creatinine Ratio test done. Urine Analysis is normal but Urine Protein Creatinine Ratio is a little high. Random Urine Creatinine Enzymatic: 6.1mg/dL Urine Protein Concentration : 2.9 mg/dL Urine Protein Creatinine Ratio is: 0.48 mg/dL The report says "Significant Proteinuria,but below nephrotic range." I am a little concerned, need I be worried? I do not have sugar or BP. What Ayurvedic treatment should I take to reduce the level.
