This is Goutam from Kolkata I m 32 year old. From my childhood I had anxiety, fobia, panic disorder, ocd problem. from last 7year I have taken zaptra 12.5(12.5mg *paroxetine* + 0.5mg *clonazepam*) Betacap Tr 20 (20mg *propanolol*) for those problems After taking those medicines for long period  (7year) now I have other problem like memory problem, lack of concentration, confusion etc. So 10day ago I went to a Ayurvedic doctor. he suggest me to stop those medicines and start 1tab *brambhi vati* (125mg) + 2tab *Smriti Sagar ras* (500mg) at Morning in empty stomach with honey (those two medicine we prepare in powder form) and also 1tab *Manasmitra vati*(500mg)and 1capsule*Stresscom*(500mg)  twice a day after breakfast and dinner. Now the problem is I feel so much dizziness, drowsiness all the time and also feel some sensation in my head, brain zap type, so I m in fear. Is the doses of medicines is are ok?? Now what can I do for good healthy life??

Slow urine stream and delayed start of urine not whole day but some times in a day specially after a break, no other symptoms, feel good in cool temperature, urodynamic test shows weak bladder plz suggest good ayurvedic treatment

Hi Team, My son is suffering from autism, he is 4 years old I am from Hyderabad, i want to know is there any cost effective treatment is available as I am from middle class family.

I have ibs since 4 yrs. It was mixed. But since last few months i am facing satiation issues. No matter how much i eat i don't feel satiated. I might get a headache or my stomach would expand as hell due to overeating but i am not feeling satiated. Drs dont seem to understand anything what is going on with me. My sugar levels are constantly dropping. And i have very low energy levels constantly. Please give an explanation.

My wife was told to do basti treatment from a doctor for 8 days and the nurse had done it for 6 days but after second and third day itself her stomach started paining too much and now after 6th day she is complaining of severe stomach pain after each meal.what can be the issue and was there any procedure done wrong or how .what should be done next as it's a male doctor and she stopped from there and whom to contact next .is there any scan to be taken or how .

For the past six months, my 68-year-old mother has been taking bhringrajasava everyday after lunch (20ml daily mixed with an equal quantity of water) and recently, she had blood tests for peripheral neuropathy, and the results showed that her blood sugar (FBS, ppbs) was slightly increased for the first time ever. The doctor concluded that this raised blood sugar was the cause of her neuropathy. My mother started using this syrup to prevent stomach/lever discomfort brought on by the TB treatment she was receiving at the time, which is now complete.  She is now taking a number of bp, sugar and neuropathy medications and in order to prevent stomach discomfort caused by taking all of these medications at once, as well as potential side effects, she has been using bhringrajasava 20ml everyday for the last month. The question I have here is if everyday bhringrajasava consuming would raise blood sugar? Which ayurveda medication is the finest and has no side effects to prevent stomach upset?

Hello Doctor, I am suffering from UTI (Klebsiella P.) since past 13 momths. When I first got UTI in April 2022 I took 5 days Macrobid and 10 days of Augmentin but it keeps coming back. Also while taking antbiotics the paij never went away. After 15 days of antbioticsI stopped taking antibiotics and just did home based remedies but bacteria didnt go. I got all necessary tests including cystoscopy done and except for infection there is nothing else. Through a very good ayurveda doctor, I started Ayurvedic treatment from past 2.5 - 3 months but there is no improvement. As per hee it every person differs so timings of results will also differ. Should I continue the treatment with hope that it will start giving me result or I should assume that if in 3 months there is no improvement means there wont be any improvement? How long should I wait tl see results from ayurveda? Usually how many months it take to show results?
