Is kshar sutra effective for fissure? Also I heard it is multi sitting and painful and laser is better than kshar sutra.

It's a wrong opinion, actually for fissures ayurveda treatment is is much effective, needs only one sitting and in 2 to to 3 days you will be fine, consult me online
