M 19 yr 1month I sleep at 12pm wake up at 8 am I live in hostel Approx I use phone for 8-9hr per da Also I use earphones at high volume for about 3hr using insta and songs And while listening to song I walk like and enjoy imagine Mostly at afternoon time I have coaching from 4-7:30pm Please doctor help I feel too tired and weak before I don't experienced it but now I experience it help please

Hello doctor, I want to know that daily consumption of shatavari is safe for an woman? It increase the estrogen hormone in female body by daily consumption??? (I take one organic india shatavari capsule daily with breakfast I do not have PCOD/any gynic problem.)

My daughter is suffering from cough for past one year..we have tried homeopathy treatment for 6 months.. No Improvement.. Then consulted pulmonologist in Chennai and gave sereflo inhalers for 6 months and cleair kid tablet everyday.. During medication she was fine.. Stopped medicine as per Dr suggestion last month.. Dosage reduced gradually.. Cough started again.. Everyday almost entire day she is coughing..we don't know the trigger also.. Some days it's really worse.. is this bronchitis or asthma.. How to control this.. Is there permanent cure for this in ayurveda
