Hi my baby is 15months and weight is 9kgs... How can I increase her appetite... She doesn't eat anything in spite of changing and giving her varieties...!!!

My doctor prescribed me amritarishta , drakhsarishta shakti avleh ,alsarex tablet , grow up capsules For weakness reocurrent fever constipation and digetive issues After taking them my stool becomes loose dark and sticky Is it ok or serious ?

I hav IBS  no wieght loss 3 years back I tested endoscopy colonoscopy with biopsy Left abdomen scan ANA profile kidney function test cbc esr crp all are normal.but I hav loos stool flatulence gastric problem. Gastro Doctor prescribed antistress drug 7 months.problem solved.after 3 years I hav same loose stools 4-5times/day.I hav kidney stone doctor gave dandimasthaka churna my weight  57.5kg after using these medicinesfor 1 month  my weight is 56 kg i loss 1.5 kg.again i take  kashayas for kidney stone my weight 56-56.400kg.my weight 30/12/23 is56.400kg.10/2/23 my weight is 56.100kg.after I take ashta churna mustharishtam, manasamithra vatakam for indigestion,IBS  for 15 days my weight 54.100kg .after using this medicines i lost my weight is suddenly. Doctotr told it is negligible weight dont worry but iam very afraid.please tell me these medicines cause weight loss.prescription attached

I am suffering from asthma from 15 years,cough and cold I have taken patanjali immunity gold tablet for one month twice a day and swasari gold for 20 days once a day, I am feeling better. So can I take this for again one month

My baby is 15months old... and she is completing rejecting foods... Whatever I am giving her she is saying no... He intake has become so less... Even to water she says no... She is eating less that she is pooping on 2nd or 3rd day... I am giving her swarna prashan drops early morning... But I don't see any changes...!!! What can I do ?

2yrs before I had accident which crushed ulnar and median nerve PALSY..... Surgery done at government hospital 10%only... carelessness of doctor... after 9months my hand loses all muscles... Hand like dry fish ...and moved to private hospital...they found neuroma and giloma decided to do sural nerve graft..and done.. but unfortunately my hand can't retrieve muscles... later doctor decided to do tendon transfer ...it had done..but I can't eat, write, cant access anything....now I don't know what to do???? Due to this... issue..I suffering from mental health trauma....fits... stress and depression etc ... Will you help me to get my hand 100%??? I don't know what to do now...I lost my life...💔 I need to work...etc Would you mind please show the way...for future.. I'm just hopeless...
