As my cousin accidentally poured kayathirumeni thailam as herbal mouth wash, he splitted once we noticed. He brushed mouth and washed twice with hot water. Any concerns..?

Hi doctors, I'm mother of 20 days old boy and both of us are having gas issues. I started taking ayurveda post partum treatment about 2 weeks ago and have observed that it causes digestion issues in me. My son is struggling a lot at nights with gas and motion. He is always applying pressure and farting. It's hard to watch him struggle like that. I've temporarily stopped ayurveda. Can someone please confirm whether these medicines are the reason for me and my son being so gassy?
