Perimenopause bleeding

Asked for Female, 46 Years

Experiencing currently heavy and long bleeding in perimenopause stage.I am 46 years old.This happened after intake of antiviral medicine.Can it cause hormonal imbalance to cause this heavy bleeding with clots? Any remedies or syrups to keep it under control?

Please take an ultrasound scan. Need to have few more details to help you. As home remedy you can use unsalted butter, tender coconut water in diet. Avoid spicy food.
